Create basic dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau)
Support ad-hoc data requests for IT teams
Clean, validate, and organize raw datasets from IT systems /databases.
Assist in automating data workflows using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel.
Document data pipelines and IT system processes.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to clarify data needs.
Coordinate change request meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Learn and apply analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Jira).
Attend training sessions on IT infrastructure/data governance.
Oversee and manage quality assurance processes conducted by external vendors.
Ensure that IT solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Foundational knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL (Pivot, tables, formulas), Power BI, Tableau
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
SQL: Ability to write basic queries for data extraction, filtering, and aggregation.
Excel: Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data cleaning.
Data Visualization: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel charts & etc to create reports/dashboards.
Basic Scripting: Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning/analysis
Data Cleaning: Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data.
Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL)
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for IT projects.
Understanding of quality assurance and testing principles, including creating and executing test plans.
Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and the importance of protecting data and systems.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
Attention to detail and meticulous.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
