Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sushi Stall Assistant to join our team at our supermarket kiosk. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sushi preparation and assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the kiosk by preparing fresh, high-quality sushi while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sushi Preparation & Food Handling

• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, and bento boxes according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste.

2. Stall Operations & Maintenance

• Keep the sushi display well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized.
• Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and safety guidelines at all times.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly.
• Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies when needed.

3. Teamwork & Efficiency

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company guidelines and SOPs for food preparation and safety.

Requirements:

✔ Prior experience in sushi preparation is required.
✔ Strong knowledge of sushi ingredients and handling techniques.
