Bought the shoes for my kid but unfortunately the size wasn't fit . Have been calling for days and the line got through but no one pick it up. Been trying to reach there for days . Are the phone line perfectly working fine ?

Unfriendly staff. Rolled her eyes at me visibly with annoyed face just because i didnt buy the shoes.

Shoes sold to us were of really bad quality. When we complained then staff asked us to visit store again with shoes. On showing shoes they refused to do anything and told us they wanted to see the shoes. If they didn't want to do anything why they asked us to carry shoes to their stores Never going to BATA again

Wide selection of shoes for children, women and men, all at reasonable prices. Go-to shop for many families for children's school shoes. Friendly service too.
