Visited Compass One store on Dec 24, 2024. Rating focus on staff, good. While I read some reviews of months ago which were negative on staff, my encounter with 2 staff (an aunty and a young lady) was good. Due to a promotion but strictly via BCH app, I set up the app account, but made an error in the purchase. Despite having multiple interactions with other customers who were having issues with app, payment, etc, both ladies were helpful and patient with all, and issues resolved.
