Visited Compass One store on Dec 24, 2024. Rating focus on staff, good. While I read some reviews of months ago which were negative on staff, my encounter with 2 staff (an aunty and a young lady) was good. Due to a promotion but strictly via BCH app, I set up the app account, but made an error in the purchase. Despite having multiple interactions with other customers who were having issues with app, payment, etc, both ladies were helpful and patient with all, and issues resolved.

This year bot Applewood bak kwa frm Compass One outlet. Sad to say doesnt hv much of Applewood taste. Worse, it was packed with some unfresh, hard to chew and dried ones all mixed with the newer stack!!! Want to get rid of older unfresh stock?? Quality is compromised.

Visited this stall and willing to pay kris+, auntie doesnt recognise this payment method and she refuse to give me 10% from kris+ voucher. I think management should educate staff well on the payment method and discount!

Definitely last time buying, worst customer service. Lousy packing using torn opened ziploc expects customer to accept. Auntie very rude , scold people some more.
