Is it reasonable to charge for bags regardless of how many groceries one purchases when your bread is already expensive? We're just buying food, so why should we have to bring our own bags when we come to shop? Using environmental protection as an excuse is just for your extra profit, treating people like fools.

I don’t know what quality of hot drinks bread talk offers - the hot chocolate looks like dish wash liquid and taste horribly ! I asked for mocha and the guy gave me black coffee ! I only realised after I come back ! Terrible service

It's norm, at the cashier that the staff pack customer's each bread in individual plastic bags, but recently they started to tape each bread after packing. IT'S IT NECESSARY? Yo, the que is long and customer has to wait extra time for the taping. And most of the time only one pathetic staff doing the packing, taping and collecting money. This also caused trouble to customer, when we have to tear open the scotch tape!

Lousy experience at this shop. One cashier, doing all the multitasking of handling money, packing. Poor guy was struggling to keep up with the pace, his partner just doing unimportant task like arranging boxes when the queue is so long!

Was visit the shop on 11/1 around 7pm plus. The cashier service very rude! We use card to pay first time can't scan and the cashier just use his one finger push the card machine to me and said scan again in bad tone. And use his hand just push the plastic bag with bread to me. Don't even said thank you or have eye contact or smile! And didn't give me receipt. I would like to give 0 star if I can.

Hi Singapore food chain brand please work harder to improve standards many big overseas brands coming in .. cook food is getting poor .. chicken leg is dry , oily not fresh mee robus i think add on more value remove fish cake give chicken meat .. you not selling cheap .. hope you will see my post .. I’m sad to see our sg brand keep dropping and takeover by overseas brands .. wake I’m now only come here every after my meals for a kopi . I think non for your management is reading . Good luck

Buy bread fm u ask ppl whether or not need plastic bag, then how u ask ppl to hold 4 or 5 pieces of bread if don't have bag, some more u charge 10cent, fourleaves n swee heng n others don't charge unless ask for more bag, 1 person u collect 10cent, really earn alot on top of bread u sell, ridiculous!

The staff name Wynn on duty for cashier on 10 Dec @ ard 1630 hours is extremely slow in serving customers that cause long queue, still don't get it y breadtalK can open so many shop but staff so less and even tho you have 2 cashier but just wanted to open 1 cashier even during peak hours? Aren't breadtalk service be better as the bread is not even cheap, just wanna have an explanation on this 🙄

Went to breadtalk today and the offerings looked quite nice and tasted great. But suddenly had a thought of why not we can choose how our bread are like. Wouldn't that be special.

BreadTalk always comes up with new products and some of them are pretty good. The new choco chip banana cake tastes quite nice, way better than cheap crap like Hiap Joo’s banana cake. Their floss bread is still my favourite compared to most other bakeries that offer them but this branch have a long queue and the queue moves quite slowly.

Outlet's service compared to other branches was so good. Counter staff was enthusiastic selling tarts. I truly appreciate. However the bread you may have increase and increase kindly keep up the baking standards. Shio pan first launched was crisp at the bottom, fragrantly baked and can even taste the butter. Nowadays the shio pan is soft (lacking of the bottom crisp) butter taste is fading. Mind you, you even charge for the plastic bags lol... At least keep up the baking standards. So many outlets, yet different baking standards??? What happen to the first launched recipe... It's crisp, and tasted so niiice... Now is like no crisp, lack of butter taste... Even the cheese boat is shrinking lol... Very sad... Prices go up as high as Fuji mountain 😂 yet baking standards keeps dropping... (Finally done with this rant 😅 looks like I need to go some places to try their shio pan)
