I was quite disappointed with the service provided by the sales lady. Her attitude came off as unprofessional and judgmental, which made the shopping experience unpleasant. We chose to purchase the dress because we genuinely liked it, but the way we were treated left a bad impression. Customers come to your store because they appreciate your products, and they deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I chose to move past the experience and continue with the purchase, but this kind of treatment should not happen to any sincere customer.
