The staff are good at recommendations of drink, assisted well with the promo of shopback and very courteous. quality of drinks is great too! The wait for drinks was not too long as well! Would definitely patronise again!

I have been drinking for the longest time but refuse to download the member as I’m too overwhelmed w many scams going on. However, I’m impressed by Emily service today. She takes the effort in ensuring me it’s a safe platform with drinks benefits. Kudos to her in this outlet.

Wanted to order a cup of drink at around 1930 on 27 Aug. I waited there for mins.. while a female plumb staff wearing specs does know my existence but act ignorant untill I speak up asking if anyone will be taking my order. Then i was asked to wait again.. until another male staff wearing specs came over to take my order. However, after me, customers queueing up thereafter was serve automatically promptly. Why am I treated differently for no reason? Paying GST with such service. Afterall, drink required to wait for about 15 mins. Long wait compared to other outlet I patronised.

Staff are all chinese speaking. Clearly I was non-chinese. When my order was up, staff instead of indicating my queue number on the screen. Decides to say out my number in chinese and walked away. Well done!
