A great recommendations for a 4 in 1 air-con by Mr Steven Lau from Compass One. Using his knowledge n experience, he knows his customers needs. Thank you for the survey engineer Mr Rama too. His experience n suggestion is what I needed. N lastly for the great team work done by Mr Abu Sayed, Mr Shanmugam n Mr Saravanan. They came on time n did a great job. With their experience n professional work, they did a super great job in installing the Air-cons. A big thank you n thumbs up for the whole team from the recommendation to the suggestion to the finishing job. I would highly recommend Poh Meng Engineering Air-con from Compass One.

I first engaged the services of Poh Meng Engineering (Compass One Store) about a year ago for the replacement of my Master Bedroom’s single unit air conditioner. Was happy with their professionalism and efficiency. This time, I went back to them for the installation of two sets of System 2 including new piping. Steven is pleasant to speak with and offers practical advice. He is responsive too. I would say they are reliable and generally good.

Recently, our old Daikin air conditioners started acting up, so we decided it was time for an upgrade. We came across Poh Meng Engineering at Compass 1 and sought advice from Steven on which system would be best for our needs. We were also considering adding an aircon to our living room. Steven recommended a System 4 setup, and with valuable input from the surveyor, Kelvin, we managed to schedule the installation promptly.
The installation team, led by the very experienced Mr. Ali, along with Aminul, Solai, and Saravanan, did an outstanding job. They ensured our home was well-protected with plastic coverings and were meticulous in cleaning up any debris that fell during the process. Their attention to detail really made the post-installation cleanup a breeze for us.
I can strongly recommend Poh Meng Engineering if you're looking to get a new aircon. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism provided by Poh Meng Engineering.

I've always heard good things about Daikin air-conditioning but as I already had my previous brand Aircon I had to wait but I have to commend Steven from this shop to recommend my mother the AC system which best suits our home and also was very patient to also explain to me too.
I also want to commend the team of technicians or the people who Poh Meng Engineering sent to my home for installation of the aircon units. They were first, punctual, very polite, they floored all my 3 rooms with cardboard and were very careful with my things. They so had the plastic to cover the bed and furniture in my rooms. Unlike the previous installation personnel from other company who was very rude and not professional, Poh Meng Engineering service and attitude was top notch. Very good service from shop purchase, follow up and till installation. 👏
Lastly, I feel that the technicians are well trained, they fixed everything systematically and also guide me on how to sync the AC to my phone one by one.

I was looking to install a brand new System 3 Airconditioning for my Sister’s flat, and after shortlisted 5 to 6 companies, decided to contact them via their respective web portal… The fastest to response (you guess it) was from Poh Meng, and after some short message exchanges with Sales Rep (Mr Steven) I was quite convinced the overall package is reasonable…
What to look out for:
Compressor System to support how many fan coils (For my case, x3 sets of 9k BTU)
No cost to remove current piping and system (compressor/ fan coil)
Site survey to ensure no additional cost from extra hacking/ difficult routing of water & Copper pipes/ wiring/ casing
Daikin DSP materials at no extra charge
The booking of date to install the System 3 was quite smooth, fortunate to get a slot within 2 weeks due to current COVID restriction, if not should be up to a month…
Remember to sign up Daikin Proshop portal for additional warranties.
Day of installation, I double checked to ensure material used are indeed DSP materials. Special credit to the Poh Meng Crew installers (Mossa & Masud), both are very professional throughout the whole process, ensuring there is no short cut, and the water piping gradient are flowing downwards to ensure no back flow (previous ones caused water back flow). As site survey was done well, no surprises for the holes to drill, the piping route etc…
Overall, I strongly recommend their professional services, and I am confident this new system will last a longer time than my previous (8 years)… Thank you Poh Meng Engineering…
