Keon a very pleasant and helpful salesperson. This is the second time I return to the store in Compass 1. Giordano is very fortunate to have a staff in this manner and the company should treasure staff and a reward to him as in sales is not easy to find in these days. Very rude of China retail salesgirl when visiting at Compass One outlet. Nicely ask is it the last piece for the shirt. She rudely say all already display already. If got negative star I’ll sure give

Went on 10 March around 3.20pm. Wanted to try on 2 sizes of the same model of jeans. Female Chinese staff (with ponytail) refused to give me the 2 sizes. Insisted on giving me only size and said if I can't wear it then I come out and ask her for the other size. I told her nicely I wanted to bring both in so that I didn't have to come out of the fitting room again to get the other size. Finally after my insistence, she gave it to me unwillingly. When I went to tell her after that I couldn't wear both and said thank you, she snubbed me and after that complained to her colleague. I confronted her in front of her colleague and and she changed her tune. Very rude and unprofessional. I hope her colleague informed her supervisor as requested by me.
