Called the pharmacy and pharmacist Ai Ting picked up within a few rings. Very thankful for the good service on polling day when many places are closed

Came today and experience here (18/12/24) was pretty good. Both cashier and pharmacist gave detailed and comprehensive explanations. Great service!

I had a horrible experience today. Saw an ice cream booth at the shop front and decided to join the queue. The woman(xinyi) in charge of Helaslim decided to reject me and tell me that the event is over. I accepted it and walked away. To my shock, she started giving ice cream to the new comers. This is unacceptable. I approached her and told her about it and she told me that she can and will give it to anyone of her choice which i think is way too rude and unreasonable. She is projecting a horrible image of guardian and the company she is representing. What is that????

One of indian cashier is very slow, and there is no communication or information provided to customers waiting behind. The process is not expedited promptly in front of the customer. After waiting around 15 minutes in the queue, another cashier simply mentioned that there is only one queue, instructing customers to wait behind. The customers in front of me grew impatient and left, and they didn't inform me about the situation either. Both staffs are also lack common sense.

This female cashier at compass one so slow , look if you are going to teach new comer .. can teach at other place? Because of the slowness i had no choice to rush and causing me to fell down pn escalator my whole left leg are bleeding and injured on my hands can see picture down below. If you need to teach find a class or stand aside don't waste customer time. Im super angry at this situation my finger is bleeding how are your guardian gonna pay me back?

Worst service. Approached the pharmacy counter at 4.45 pm today. Staff was on his phone with no customers around at all. I asked if they sold first aid kits and was told to look in a general area where the first aid items were. If there was no first aid kit there, tobheas to Watsons. Not bad but where is the aisle you are pointing to? There are 2. And I have to look throgh your long aisle to locate an item? Of course I left for Watson. By the way, Watson was busy but the staff took the time to explain clearly where the item was and then offered to show me, asking the custokers waiting to pay to be patient as she showed me.

Asked the pharmacists for something to aid with swimmer’s ear/ otitis. He showed me to audisol dry ears. I asked about the other product by instinct ($10) which actually was the product i needed and he shut me down saying only the aforementioned product he recommended ($19) was the only effective product against swimmer’s ear. After heeding his advice tho skeptical, i read the product disclaimers before applying only to discover this was not recommended to use on inflamed ear canals. Blew $20 on a product i cant use whilst rushing. Pharmacist also prolly didnt understood both medical and layman terms for said condition. Unprofessional and im extremely disappointed by the inconvenience.

Was here yesterday (19.07.2019) to get a shampoo, and it is quite a busy day in the store. The shampoo that caught my eyes has three different kind, and the description is in foreign language. The translation only shows two bottles out of the three. I then approached one of the staffs where she was fixing a shelve near the pharmacy, she quickly get her stuffs done and attended to me. I enquired about the shampoo and she skim through the content to find if theres any word to identify what type of hair condition is it for, but to no luck. At first I thought she would said 'I'm not sure' or some other reasons that i encounter with other retailer whereby they do not know the answer or not sure they will typically say, 'no stocks' 'they stop selling', but with this young lady, she is very helpful and check for me (maybe on the system) and come back to me with an answer of what exactly the shampoo is for, glad that I did not pick the one enquired without the translation as that was not meant for my type of hair. I'm glad to have assisted by her - approachable, helpful and smiley.
