Frustrating experience where the salelady felt like it was appropriate to shout and insist on her criteria for shoes which is different from what my podiatrist had instructed specially for my foot issues.
No matter how we disagree I was appalled that I almost got led into a shouting match with her, insulting me and shouting at me to try her insoles.
Not everyone has the same foot issues.
A little respect and open mind for differences can go a long way. I went in happy and keen to get a pair of shoes but left very unhappy indeed.

I was served by Michelle when I arrived quite late, around 8:55 PM, just before closing time. Despite the late hour, she was incredibly patient, offering helpful advice and letting me try different insoles to find the best fit. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and considerate sales staff these days. I truly appreciate her kindness and exceptional service - 5-star experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Through friend’s recommendation I visited your store at Compass 1. Mr Valter, a had an excellent product knowledge. He had the expertise & professionalism as well as patience. His hospitality was remarkable as he was very detailed in demonstrating the similarities & differences between your products.
Both my friend & I, were so convinced with Mr Valter’s presentation that we ordered & purchased 2 pairs of custom made soles, each (total 4 pairs).
Haven’t used it yet, but I am very certain that I will not be disappointed.

I bought the sandal shoes on Feb 2023, now is Aug23, and only wear for few month, the insole is totally smashed , I realised it when I found some soil drop from my shoes. this is really unbelievable, only 5 month of it , and this shop is focus on healthy shoes, healthy insole. what happen for this kind of quality? I go back compass one shop and check will the sales girl , I just dun believe how can ur shop insole quality is bad, the price of this shoes before discount is 120+, 50% is still cost $60+ , not cheap. The sales girl keep telling me this in on sales item , tis is old stock. I ask her, are you telling me because of this is on sales item so the quality is like tat, and only can last for less than 6 month? she keep say is like tat , new batch can last 2- 3 years. Then why not she told me honestly during the time I bought. I even check with her how to solve this issue, how much for the new insole, she told me this insole no longer available , then other insole replacement only dun have my size. she advice me buy new one and give me $50 discount. Do you think I will so stupid tis kind of quality shoes I will buy again. I even bought a sport shoes $129 ( after discount, not cheap) during the same time, and the sport shoes bottom layer also tear off after few time wearing , tat one I still can buy super glu and fixed it back , but tis sandal the insole is totally smash , I cant do anything. can imagine what kind of quality of their shoes, and what kind of attitude of their sales person when customer come for solution. this is the first time and definitely is last time I will buy this brand.

Two days ago just bought my very first custom made insoles using 3D printing for my safety shoes boots cause recently I got a plantar fasciitis which costs $399. Don't worry you got a 1 year warranty too ! The payment methods are only by Visa/Cash.
One day analysis with the machine for my two feet done by Michelle the lady in the shop and then the next day can come down to the shop to collect my custom made insert shoes. Thank you !
Hope this helps my two feet right now. The painful hurt is lessen now after using it.

Bad shopping experience with Michelle (salesperson).
Happy Walker currently has a promotion for 2nd and 3rd shoes purchased. Originally, didn't plan to buy any as Compass one outlet does not have the shoes my mum wanted.
However, Michelle said that she has confirmed and checked they have stock for the pair of shoes that my mum wanted in other outlet, but need us to make full payment first before they arrange the delivery.
After a few hours, told us no more stock. Wasted our time and feel cheated, as we have triple confirmed with Michelle that if it is true that they have stock in other outlet. Felt being scammed to purchase more than what we wanted and did not get what we wanted.
Will not buy from this company anymore!
