The sales lady is rude. My daughter wanted to try on a bracelet, so she touched it. Sales lady immediately tried to stop her and said its too big for her. Why deter a potential customer? I would have bought it for her even if it was a little too big on her. She was also impatient when I wanted to change my purchase before payment.

1st visit on last week July 2022. A friendly and patient attitude young staff recommended UV shade and quality better hat during my queries. I went back again to the shop that no hat strings attach then she even done an extra mile to replace the string attach to the hat.. When I enquiry another hat but no new stock then she also provided a call back from her to inform me once new stock arrive.. Didn't get her name but I believe she is the only new staff there.. Thanks for her great service!

Bought a crystal banana clip and was reassured by 2 sales ladies that it the clip will be sufficient for my hair. After using for less than 2 weeks, it broke. Went to the branch to ask for a repair. The salesperson said usually such broken clip they would not be able to repair but she still send for repair anyway. It has been more than 3 weeks and yet I have not receive any calls from them. Such poor quality workmanship yet charge such exorbitant price for their "korean" hair accessories.

HELEN has been around for years & renowned for their quality clips. Sales person Chris at Compass1 is nice & patient though she's the only sales staff during peak hours. Love their accessories always!

I go there ,just using mirror 🪞 for seeing my hair ,the seller said can see at washroom,no here . The aunty attitude very bad, rubbish.

The sales lady is very rude. One of the items purchased was not fitting well. Even though their policy allows exchanges, the sales told us it was our fault that we didn’t try it on before buying and eventually did not allow us to exchange.
