In less than a week, the screen protector cracked. The lady said its difficult to crack unless we use a lot of pressure on the screen. She changed it for free out of goodwill. Seriously? I think your product quality and skills are just lousy. I cannot stand it when people are unable to apologise and admit they make mistakes

Replaced my screen protector few days ago for about $40. Within 3 days, air bubbles on the entire left side of the phone begin to appear. Went down to check with the owner but he blamed it on the phone case and said nothing can be done other than changing a new screen protector. Just scrolled through the reviews posted by others to find out that I'm not the only one. Would not recommend anyone to patronize unless you are very desperate.

Went to the store to buy a tempered glass screen protector, was recommended a privacy screen protector and was even told that it would not affect my fingerprint scans. However I ended up not being able to scan any of my fingerprints at all.
Staff gave inaccurate advise and displayed lack of knowledge.
Ended up having to buy another screen protector

Not recomended at all. Went to look for tempered glass screen protector and owner recommended me Whitestone screen from Korea as he said will work for finger print well and it cost $59.9. So I give it a go, but after applied by a man in shop believe to be his son then cannot scan finger. So try yo register in phone again but still fail. They recommended me to wait for new software upgrad and expected me to pay and leave shop like that.lol worse service ever. Will never go back this shop again.

I came here in May to port in my number to Heya 3 days before my subscription ended. The woman behind the counter said my number cannot be ported in in time and I would need to do it AT LEAST a week in advance.
Thought it was weird cos porting in my number always took me less than a day. But anyway since she wouldn’t do it for me, I decided to do it another time.
Went back on 17th July to port in my number as my subscription was ending on 26th July. Would be ample time right? And she wouldn’t reject me. My number was ported in THAT NIGHT on 17th July. So what exactly is the rationale that it needs to be done at least a week in advance??????
