Love how meticulous Aunty Win from Compassone outlet is. Very patience and professionalism in explaining on my skin condition and meticulous with her skill on my face. Her shoulder massage is good too! Do look for her if you love to have a facial appointment at Joyre compassone. Gonna edit my review as I’ve also leave a feedback on 21 February 2025 on Facebook and seeds nobody bother about it. * copy and paste what I leave on their facebook* Kindly educate all your China staffs at Compass One outlet to speak softly and manage their attitude especially early morning at 10am. Never once im able to have a short nap/rest during my session which i will have to chit chat instead as your staffs were talking so loudly, is either the shop have very bad sound proofing wall or the staffs there just cannot lower their voice. They seems to fall deaf ear as my therapist who inform them customer inside and lower their voice volume and prolly might even find fault with my therapist cause it’s still noisy throughout my session. Was there for my appointment with my usual therapist and when I reach around 10:05-10:10am, I inform the China lady who was in the room who is eating noodle(green bowl) that I’m looking for my therapist but was greeted with her unhappy stare and told me, 在这等 (in in tone as if I owe her money with her damn attitude). I am prolly the first customer of the day too? But don’t ruined customer mood of the day right? Ok , maybe I disturb her while she was having her noodle as breakfast but that’s isn’t the way to treat paying customer who sign package from your shop and the package customer sign up for wasn’t cheap even the cheapest package.
