I had a bad experience today with the man in glasses at the cashier (see his photo from other reviewers). For the fact that people are willing to pay higher price for the same item that we can get cheaper nearby, the least you should do is not be rude to customers, and aggressive. If customer service is not your thing, give up your spot for others who really want to work. Don't ruin a decent business with your foul attitude. No customers, no sales. No sales, no you.

Unfortunately there is no way for me to rate it as ZERO. Worse customer service ever. Useless of a staff just sitting there focusing on his handphone and show. They obviously don't value helping PAYING customers. So bloody rude. Don't patronize this store, i rather go to KOREA itself than patronize this store.

Stupid guy at the shop really got attitude problems. Why is he even hired or still working when he doesn't want to. They should give other hardworking ppl a chance. The card payment machines were all plugged in and all WORKING BTW. He stick a X on the machine and refuse to take paywave payment. After me asking " why the machine not working? He keep refuse after I ask 3times.... Then he took my payment with a unhappy face and TAPPED ON THE X MARK, kidding me. I dunno to laugh or be angry at this point. Dude got issues.

Extremely disappointed with service at Koryo Mart. If given a choice, I’d rate a 0/5. Recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Koryo Mart due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their staff members. The guy (wearing spectacles claiming that he’s the general manager) attending the store was not only rude but also appeared completely nonchalant about his responsibilities. Upon approaching the counter for assistance, I was informed that it was closed. (It was only 1pm). However, to my disbelief, the same staff member was casually sitting there, engrossed in watching shows and munching on his food, completely disregarding the customers waiting to be served. His blatant indifference towards customers was evident, as he chose to prioritize his personal enjoyment over providing the service he's supposed to deliver. It was not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with this lack of professionalism and customer service at Koryo Mart. I urge the management to take immediate action to address such behavior within their team and ensure that other customers do not face a similar experience. I hope this review prompts necessary improvements in the store's service quality and reinforces the importance of valuing and respecting customers' time and needs.

Store staff closes as and when he wants. Creates so much inconvenience for shoppers came previously at 3pm he closed till 430. Asked if there was stock for the thing I needed he insisted 430 then come back. When I returned had no stock. Today again came at 5.45pm, he closed till 725. Real inconvenience shopping here. Will never come back. Store staff is rude and unprofessional

Staff is really rude, as i was rushing off i ask isit okay for me to grab 1 product urgently he insist that it is his lunch time with a aittutde. What kind of buisness is this? And i saw him packing his stuff up just sittung thr using his phone. ..... i would give a 0 star if google allow me to.

I bought an pack of instant Ji ramen today. Wanna to pack into my cupboard then realized it would be expired in Oct 2024. How come Dry ramen expiry so short one? I don't eat instant taken regularly so it would be difficult for me to finish within 2 months. Never thought to check expiry also as impression instant noodle expiry is alway v long.

Had a very bad and rude experience by this floor staff. I would strongly suggest the staff customer service improvement required immediate actions.

Worst experience with a male Korean guy who looked like he would prefer to be in hell rather than tending to the store. He should really not be a store front clerk at all. He was busy watching his show and couldn't be bothered about helping us with our queries. Really would go anywhere else than here to buy what we need in future unless it's very urgent. Either the store is constantly closed due to him being unavailable or we get the worse service possible. He should really go back to Korea if he is that uninterested to work here.
