Haircuts consistently meet the standard, and the service is great. However, I'm not a fan of washing my hair facing forward and down; other outlets have you face backward. So, it depends on which outlet you visit."

Terrible, Horrible, and Super Unfriendly guy who work at this barber shop. Normally any salon, barbershop, or even those neighbourhood shop will "greet" or "say Hi" when we enter the shop.
However this is not the case for this Barber shop.
I walked in, look at the price and services, and I greet the barber guy.
He stare at me, look away, ignore
Then I said " I am looking around and checking of what services an products you have"
The barber guy look at me, look down, ignore.
If he is the boss, definitely he need to know that no one appreciate such service
If he is just an employee, he should learn how to say Hi to people.

I still haven't found a more professional and efficient barber than the ones at LA barbershop. They follow your instructions and are meticulous and careful. Highly recommend!

I WAS ATTENDED BY JUSTIN
HE CHARGED ME $50 BECAUSE I HAVE A THICK HAIR WHICH I UNDERSTAND,
HE WAS OK BUT HE WAS NOT THAT FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE , MAYBE HE WAS JUST TIRED AND LIKE THAT DUE TO LANGUAGE BARRIER?

FOR REFERENCE I SHOWED HIM MY PHOTO WITH MEDIUM LENGTH HAIRCUT BUT HE ENDED UP CUTTING MY HAIR TOO SHORT ,
IM A WORKING ADULT BUT MY HAIR LOOKED LIKE SEC 1 WHO WAS ASKED BY MY DISCIPLINE MASTER TO CUT MY HAIR SUPER SHORT,

HE WAS A LITTLE ROUGH WITH CUTTING AND PULLING MY HAIR,

THIS IS THE PART WHERE I LOST MOOD,
I COULD STILL TAKE THE SHORT HAIR AND ROUGH HAIRCUT AND WASHING BUT WHEN HE WAS USING THE RAZOR TO CLEAN MY SIDE BURN AREA HE WASNT CAREFUL HE CUT MY EYEBROW AND HE DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE DID OR MAYBE HE JUST ACTED LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED.
I POINTED OUT AT THE END AND HE SAID SORRY & SUDDENLY BECAME FRIENDLY....
IM NOT SURE WHY THIS HAPPENED TO ME MAYBE HES IN A BAD MOOD OR TIRED BUT I WAS SO UNLUCKY TO GET HIM.
MY HAIRCUT WAS OK BUT IT WAS SO SHORT BUT EYEBROWS GROWS REALLY SLOW
NOT 1 BARBER OR HAIRDRESSER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE ACCIDENTALLY SHAVES MY EYEBROW EXCEPT JUSTIN FROM LA BARBER COMPASSONE
