Purchased Vitamin B12 on 14 Apr, 1115am+, was served by Mr Zhu Zhixin (sales associate). Zhixin was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He shared with me knowledge that if I was to be a member, I would have saved a lot more than the usual price, before providing kind assistance to set up my membership account. Please do take good care of this employee as he is very friendly in his line of work and he provides friendly advice & assistance.

Very unpleasant experience. Small chinese lady staff full of attitude. When asked about whey protein, shows uninterest in serving customer with no greeting when entering store. After purchase, does not even say thank you to customer. Such a mood spoiler with no basic mannerism. Never going back there!
