Love their honey coco yogurt promotion for National Day. However, they were out of box(not apple) for their takeaway option. The apple box was a waste as had alot of it sitting in the storeroom.

Went the week prior to this because of the good deal (we even travelled one MRT stop to get here). However, both times we encountered a server/staff who seemed disinterested -- and seeing the 1 star reviews here pertaining to the same server serves as some consolation that at least we were not alone. She seemed very reluctant to give us a covering for our frozen yoghurts the second time round citing the reason that "she just can't do it". So we ended up with two sad lumps of yoghurt, and confused as to why the store does not cater to takeout especially in this climate.

Jason made the experience better. I now have a new favorite: the white sauce with coconut & wafers. Thanks Jason for making llao llao better than it already is!

This is my favorite ice cream yogurt. Even every time I see it, I will buy it and know how to choose topping. Today, it also makes me hope that I even throw away all the ingredients after buying a large one. There is no sauce that is not delicious. Today, I went to the compass one llao llao store. If the staff can't do it, don't mislead consumers. When consumers want to choose what sauce, please review it and don't mislead consumers. If the customer chooses two types of topping, he doesn't remind consumers not to make a smart reminder after choosing.

deserve 0star. was at dis outlet earlier, the guy in picture saw me..did not want to serve for unknown reason and went inside to hide. he came out awhile later thinking ive left but im still around. he looks guilty and when he saw i took photo he quickly squat down behind the cash machine. when he stood up again, he still did not ask me what i want to order. something wrong with this staff of yours llao llao.
