Nt my first visit. But today is damm jia lut. Y the doctor did not clear the used alcohol wipes tat was contaminated with blood from previous paitent . I was shocked to c that. Obviously it was not clean up . Jab box everything was there . 😡😡 wanted to prescribe me arcoxia ..which I was allergy . Dun tel me u dun no how to see my record. Til i told u I was allergy to that

Waited 30 minutes for my turn. The number on the queue wasn't in sequence cause it jumped few numbers and go back as well. Doctor checked throughly for my sickness. Medicine was about 5 minutes wait which was fine. Wish they could improve in the waiting time, well, I do not wish to visit often though.

Dropped by on sunday morning after having booked an appointment thru the app the day before. Was quickly registered and queued on the system by a young man. Wait was short and I got to see the doctor for a review on my medical results. Dr Quek was patient in explaining my condition and elaborated in detail for my next steps. Excellent service and patient experience. Definitely recommend to visit this outlet as compared to waterway point's minmed.

Went for flu jab (by appointment) - quick 5 min physical registration (even though you book online etc you still need to do physical one and depending on line you could wait 1-5 min). No queue number was given but they called our name and total time was 9 minutes from registration to flu jab to payment. I think it was fast because the visit was by appointment, I reached 15 min early. Overall happy with fast and easy service.

Forever Can't Connect. So I took their health screening package ($105). It comes with a free teleconsult on my health results. Up till now, almost two months later, I've not seen a doctor yet bcos their teleconsult system is very terrible. The first time after setting aside time to see the doc, their audio had some issues and the teleconsult abruptly ended after a few mere seconds as no sound could be heard. Second time, after specially setting time aside for the reschduling again, the system lagged terrrrrribly and the video kept buffering. No audio was heard both ways too and though I used the inapp messaging function, the doctor didn't see it it seems as there was no reply. Terrible teleconsult system. Looks like a really solid and worthwhile package on paper-- affordable health screen + free teleconsult. But guys. Please pay slightly more for others like raffles health screening and just do a face to face consult there. It's so much more efficient. I'll not be wasting my time to block out my dates for the teleconsult anymore.
