Dont bother to come to the shop.
My husband brought the shoes to repair on Sunday, the shop observe that it needs to take off the whole sole bottom to glue and will cost $30 and collect on Tuesday.
Collected on the day as told only to find the shop did not do what they told. Gluing very ugly on the some spot and left the other part left open. Totally not reliable and waste time and money.

Tried to replace my metal strap with this rubber one cos it’s kinda stuck and the employee told me my strap won’t fit. Will have gap. He said he have tried many times before before he met me. Question where I buy my strap from. Ask him if can remove the metal strap and I fix the rubber one myself, he told me later the spring lost, don’t do it etc.
Went to a watch shop and instant replace in 5 mins.
Honestly very unprofessional employee at mister mint and it feels like he is trying to get me to use their strap. Highly discourage people from engaging their service if you have a choice.

Look at that obvious ugly patch of glue stain on my new shoes!
Reply 13/03/25 : I check on the spot in the shop during collection and your staff simply tell me it’s glue stain without providing me a solution and he took away my receipt!

Pathetic unqualified/unequipped personnel. Sent DW watch for battery replacement. Was told to return in 15 minutes. When returned, staff said unable to remove back panel therefore unable to replace battery. Watch returned with multiple scratches and chipped on one edge signs of attempts to forcefully remove back panel.

I would give it 0 if I can. Very very poor customer service. Totally not acceptable. I live in Sengkang and I pass by their shop daily. They put up a banner in their shop. I saw from the banner that they provide cleaning service for shoes. So I bought my shoes the next day to the shop but was told by one chinese staff (with spectacles, no uniform, Middle age) that cleaning service was no longer available. Anyway, I bought other shoes for repair in this trip too. So I had only made a casual comment that it is gd to indicate that it is not available on the banner. For some reason, the staff was offended. Here again, I am not wrong and it is basic to at least promote at your shop front with correct info. This is basic customer service which can avoid inconvenience that i experienced today. He was extremely rude in his reply. "You also Australia to remove lor. I can't remove it" this was exact to what he replied. To make it even more hostile, he walked away to return to his seat, completely ignoring my presence and didn't bother to ask if there was any other service I need. So I continued to say that I have shoes to repair and he can't just walk away before i complete my sentence to what i need today at the shop. I honestly can't be bother about whether there is cleaning service or not. I just wanted to drop my shoes for repair and move on for today. The staff kept repeating about the cleaning service issue and kept saying that he thought I only came for the cleaning service. So I had to mention again and very clearly that I have shoes to repair too. He again repeated saying that he thought I didn't need any service and walk away again knowing that i need assistance for shoes repair. So I thought this was waste of time. I had to ask another staff in shop to assist me. Horrible service! I am stuck with only this shop for shoes repair because there is only this option in sengkang. I would not continue for shoes repair if there were other options. Horrible experience!

Went here for a watch battery replacement because it was the nearest store to me. They told me it would take 15 minutes to finish. But when I returned, not only could they not replace my battery, but they also scratched the back of my watch. Really frustrating, never come here

Totally unacceptable for stitching for $40 on the shoes!!! The shoes dont worth alot but what on earth is this when he can understitch the front but the back he has to go over the iconic logo portion for NMD? Seems more like machinery than workmanship job! I dont get the point to repair if i would want to keep this shoes for collection. Utterly rubbish

Used to frequent this place for battery replacement. On the 6th Nov 2024, i came here to get watch straps for my watch. I would say the quality of the strap is very inferior and the material very cheap and filmsy. It does not feel like a leather strap at all. Came back again today (9th Nov 2024) to request for a refund, but i was rejected. Initally they refused to replace it with new straps but then later they agreed. The new straps is also as bad as the previous one. I highly recommend not to buy the watch straps here. Very tacky and also the staff were rude and condescending. The service and product is very underwhelming. Never coming back here again.

Dont live in sengkang area was passing by, so decided to dupe 2 keys there $8 each. 1 worked one didnt work. So i went back to get my refund there today after 2 weeks ( as i mention i dont live near SK )
Malay guy that dupe the key for me mentioned that he need to see the 2 keys that was dupe w the original one. Then if the KEY FAILS 3 TIMES THEN CAN REFUND.
So for me 1 key worked, 1 didnt. So they want both their keys to fail THRICE then can refund. Or not u need to keep going back the same place to dupe 3 times? What logic is that.
Had a bad experience at yishun w them ruining my keys, thought maybe is just the staff is not train well or what in that outlet. Well now i can safely tell you probably all the outlets are badly trained per their staff.
I ended up going some voiddeck in yishun to get it duped for $2 each ( $6 cheaper than mr minit ) and both worked well.
Moral of the story. If i could give 0 stars i would.

$28 to duplicate this key, the malay staff (i didn’t get his name) said can be ready in 5-10mins. Hopefully it will work. Read the reviews and saw afew customers mentioned the key doesn’t work…
