A very pleasant experience and I’m amazed by the Wagyu burger taste great imo compared with others. I can truly taste beef with fresh ingredients not coated by thick sauce. Confused if it’s a SG brand or china as it seems like a china menu. Mint cucumber is also one of the selling point its unique to quench the thirst. Cheesy beef fries was also splendid should have ordered another serving. Nuggets can be better hopefully with unique sauces. Not forgetting the very friendly service staffs with smiles. Thanks and I will definitely visit soon!

Everywhere was packed during the peak dinner hour, so we decided to try Shiok Burger for the first time — a chain commonly found in many malls across Singapore. The S$4.99 burger-and-drink combo was quite appealing, and we opted for the Mala burger with a lime soda.
The chicken was flavorful and the spice level just right, but it was a bit too salty for our taste. If they reduced the salt by about 30%, the burger would be perfect. As for the soda, it tasted either sugar-free or just lacked sweetness. Overall, it was a great meal aside from the saltiness of the burger

This is a hidden gem! I love the food, it was really good it's better than normal McDonald's and KFC. The food here is cheap too, $5.90 jus for a meal and the burger bun is diff from others! Taste so good. The service was rlly nice too, the worker accidentally got my fries wrong and when I told them, they are really nice and apologetic about it! thank you so much

Google shows outlet closes at 3am. Reached the outlet at 1.14am only to find that dine-in was closed. Staff informed that the self ordering kiosk for takeaway closes after 12am as payment cannot be processed. Was told to try scanning the QR code to order but outlet also shows closed. Only way to order was via Grab pick up app which costs more… Only 1 staff handling all orders, but was very friendly and accommodating to requests such as no sauce/vegetables.

I really don't understand the recent horrible reviews. The food here is actually decent. Price is comparable to McDonald's. Passion fruit drink is super refreshing. Chicken is very juicy and freshly fried, it's a little oily, but overall the flavours are pretty good, had the mala and the beef. Kinda prefer the chicken. Portions are definitely a little smaller, but not too bad.

What they did in return: I emailed a complaint and they gave me a $10 voucher and a sincere apology.
What happened: Ordered 2 burger only received one. Missing the mala chicken burger. Pickup number T539. Bag was taped, do you expect us to tear the tape to check what's inside before leaving? Tearing the tape will tear the bag too. Deliver my burger and I'll delete this post. I have filed a complaint, you can reach me from there.
In summary: everyone made a mistake and when you're hungry and look forward to the food you ordered but the order got messed up you can get upset easily. However, when the company hear you out and amend the issue you have to give them the credit they deserve.

Food is really nice and something special. The mala burger is really good and beef fries although is small but the ingredients are good. I ordered before lunch time therefore the crowd is low and service is fast. Not having the food there as I am packing back home but the space area is very limited.

The first time ordered a take away, double patty, they gave me single petty. Now this is the SECOND time ! So what’s the extra money I am paying for, for your bad service? I was the only two customers the stores wasn’t even busy at all! And not just me, my friends who ordered from the same store (Compassone) had received wrong items also, just disappointing, that’s is it will never go again, I’ll recommend you guys just go McDonald or kfc, they have much better service and food.

Seriously, guys, "WOW" is the only word for this burger. It wasn't super busy when I went. People whine about the size, but it was perfect for me. Softest bun ever! And actual vegetables! The price is kinda like McDonald's, but way better. Don't get the boring chicken one at Mcd, get the spicy "mala" burger here instead . Fries and drinks are, you know, fries and drinks. Just try the burger, you'll get it."
