The counter people always sell the wrong type i want. They just want to do and easy and fast job than properly serving. When asked another counter lady to confirm things thrt just brush it off... Heard some uncles also complaining why didn't give them the correct toto or 4d sets. Long story short.. they are Not Honest.

I had a bad experience with a counter staff name cheche super rude, management should send her to service course.Worst behaviour ever I seen b4 and such a stupid lady.
