I ordered upsize salmon daily bowl but instead there isn’t upsize at all and yet I paid extra?! This is not the 1st time

Arrived slightly before 11am with two hospital staff queuing behind me. A staff’s eating something near the sitting area and taking photos, another’s washing something, one walked by and nodded at me but im just standing there without any further interactions for awhile. I asked if it was open, thats when a staff came by and said “oh no, we’re not open yet” even though opening hour states 10.30am. And when he decided to put on his gloves, i got a “wait ah bro” while i watch him pull out a long order chit of food delivery orders that have been chiming since i arrived that he was about to attend to first. Y'all need to sort out the actual opening hours or introduce like a “ready for service” timing or something im trying to eat healthy but y'all not making it easy man.

First try which is pretty good - order chicken kebabs and beef daily bowl through FoodPanda delivery with $4 off deal so the price sum up to the same as purchasing in-store. The food came warm and relatively quick (perhaps I’ve avoided the peak hour at 3pm). Well packed and in order as per my order selection. Though I feel that it could be better if they are more generous on the sides. It’s hassle free though and satisfying so am definitely giving another try on other food on the menu.

I used to love this place. Value for money. Great service. And they were generous with the portion. Well, at least the salad bowl is one bowl. Now, salad barely covers the base. When u can count the slices of onions and tomatoes, and purple cabbage, u know soemthing is wrong!!! And the whole salad bowl is not half filled. And your prices kept going up. Disappointed!!! Last week, due to long takeaway orders, the staff also let me stood there for at least 5mins, serving me only after I asked if they intent to serve me??!! Patience doesn't pay in this case. 😕 Perhaps cut the stickers and actually give us the deserved portions?
