Ordered 3 sauces and they gave 1 of the sauce wrong. Corrected them but the staff brushed it off and didn’t change it for us. Had to pressure the cashier for them to redo it. Second time they forgot to add one sauce and we had to remind them again.

Please check first whether all items are in/correct before giving out to driver please. A couple of times I've ordered food from this outlet, and repeated times they have deliver the wrong food items. This is lack of responsibility and carelessness

Do note that 2 pieces of chicken ham and cheese toasties is $5.60 and not $4.50 as shown in the notice. Cashier follows the system strictly and expects no negotiation. Nice young male staff tried to "argue" gently with the cashier but system wins.. So if you think that buying 2 pieces of the same flavour toasties is cheaper based on their notice, sorry but no way.. buy different flavours or just 1 piece if there is no need to buy more.. And please remove the misleading notice if it is strictly $2.80 per piece.. gave 4 stars because the sandwich artists work pretty hard and food isn't bad.

Ordered two footlong beef mushroom signature subs as takeaway, expecting a decent meal. Opened them up, took a bite, and there was a strong earthy, muddy flavour. Found pieces of rotten capsicum inside, that ruined everything. It tasted awful, and ruined the flavours of onion, beef and mushroom as well. Opened the sub to check, and there were, yellow, discolored capsicum. Pulled a few off and took a bite off each of them and made sure that's where the awful flavour came from. All the subs that we bought had the same awful capsicum that made it hard to eat. If I wanted a rotten vegetable experience, I’d dig through a dumpster. Not worth it, wouldn’t recommend.

There were available seats when I arrived. While ordering, the lady asked me something in her language to which I was not able to respond immediately so I asked again but did not answer me back and talked to her colleague. I also asked her if the drink was unlimited, she said yes but upon observation it was not. Food was no doubt delicious. Ingredients were fresh and condiments made the sandwich taste even better.

i ordered a student meal and i’m DAMN SURE it comes with a cookie but they told me the student meal only includes a drink. ive ordered multiple times before it always comes with a cookie , even the guy that was in charge of cutting the bread confirmed with me when i said i wanted a student meal , he stated everything included in the student meal and he mentioned a cookie. staff was blur and dismissive but it seems it’s only this outlet
