Doctors and staffs are friendly and caring to kids. Despite the queue is always long and waiting hours took longer than usual but all worth the wait because their service and expertise is excellent and hardly will hear babies and children crying in fear of seeing doctors in the clinic which usually will encounter in other clinics. My girl is always happy to see the doctors and staffs over there even though she is sick. Thank you again for taking care of my girl always!

I want to thank Dr Allyson for so patiently and very confidently to give what medicine to my son. Been there a few times. Been searching for a good doctor for so long until i found her. Receptionist also very nice! Thank u kids clinic.

This is my first time visiting this kids clinic after shifting to Sengkang. I had a pleasant experience yesterday. Dr was kind, attentive, listened to my concern and knows how to calm my daughter with pretending to check her toy cat first. Receptionist was also friendly with my daughter.Everything was done is less than an hour. So I’m happy. Price wise, I’m not too concern despite many reviews saying it’s steep. The total bill was about the same as the kids clinic I used to bring my daughter to Tampines. No difference for me, price wise.

The doctors are nice and treat my son with care and remembered what happened to him the previous visit and give very sound advice. The assistants are simply overwhelmed due to the number of people coming in and out. Other than warning my toddler son not to jump on the weighing machine sometime: they treat us with respect and play with my son. I have learnt to expect half the day gone whenever I visit the clinic but my son is willing to go back and say hi to the doctors and assistants in subsequent visits (flu etc) and this is important to me.

Dr Lilian is very experienced and the staff are friendly and patient.
