Cashier was super rude.i saw the price of something wrongly and i did not have enough so i asked her if i could change and she said it was fine but when left she said “where got one bag so big so cheap” with an irritated face

Horrible staffs… don’t even deserve a star… look down on people for a 20cent coin and refused to receive it… short hair lady plus Filipino should reflect… doesn’t mean the coin is dirty it depletes its value but the way you talk badly about others depletes your own value and character…

28/6/23 Wednesday around 2pm, I went to this shop to buy some coffee and potato chips, which I found two coffee capsules for $1 each which was very cheap so I took one each to try. When I went to the cashier, I found the price was incorrect, so I asked the female cashier to check, after she checked, she told me one of the coffee capsules was $1, while the other one was $1.95. I told her I only want the $1 coffee capsules as it is cheap, the $1.95 coffee capsules I don't want. She replied the receipt printed already unable to refund but I insist refund so she ask the other female cashier in charge to check.
We went to the shelf and after she checked she told me the red colour coffee capsules is $1.95, below full already no space so put on top mix with the $1 coffee capsules, as though there was no problem, so I ask her is it my fault? She don't answer me and went back to the cashier. I told her I only want to buy the $1 coffee capsules, I don't want the $1.95 ones but she refuse to sell the $1 to me. I said no problem both also refund for me.
Afterwards she only returned me $2 so I asked her why she sold them to me for $2.95 but refund me only $2? After she checked she refunded me the $2.95 but her attitude look like I was finding trouble for her and say she can refuse to sell to any customers. She did not apologise and was rude and arrogant throughout. If I can don't give any star I would not give. Very lousy service.

The staff always rushing like greddy to get customer for payment we are the one to pack our thing in our own bag u can hear they mouth always next ...next...next...even do the customer ever done yet compass one value$ the worse loc in customer service.

I was at Compass1 in 16/6/24 in Value$ n there was this Indian lady cashier who was talking to her colleague about someone taking picture n that she can call police etc etc very loudly while attending to a customer in front of me. When it was my turn, I literally told her that I had how many of each item twice After I made my payment n went out of the store, I realize that she had undercharged me n so I went back to pay for the other two and instead of appreciating , she blamed me for not telling her properly. There was so many ppl there n she was literally shouting n embarrassed me. What I want to say is, pls pay attention to customer while serving n stop talking to your colleague. Why the shop hire such rude employee. As I can see from other comment, this Indian lady cashier is not the first time being rude to customer n I think the company should look into it.
