I ordered online @14Feb at Abt 12.05 and paid online and once submitted I did not received an online order no. When I went to the counter, I approached ur staff name Eileen and she was very rude to me, I told her about my situation and she answered me very rudely. Please looked into it. Can you please teach your counter staff manner? I made an online order on 11.45 am on 23/5, I came to the counter to collec my order, the lady at the counter was being rude when I collected my order, she's like not happy and just like throw the order at me. Please looked into it. Ordered online on 15/7 for lunch,Crabmeat egg fried rice and found out egg shell on it. Please looked into it.

waiting time was quite long but worth it because their food is really good, price is generally affordable, especially for students, highly recommended, my family and I really love this place!

Not bad dinner waiting time only 10-20 minutes only. It was quick. Only delivery and take away for this wok hey. I really like their prawn fried rice. It was really rich of flavour for just a simple fried rice. The portion was just nice for me and the price was reasonable as well.

Tried their new Bak Kwa XO Fried Rice MAX and I love it! It reminds me of the Bak Kwa I have every CNY! Order was quick and service was great!

I tried their CNY edition Braised Abalone Black Pepper Fried Rice MAX recently and found it pretty satisfying. The abalone was tender and the occasional pineapple in the black pepper fried rice gave a surprising fruity sweetness.
