The attitude of the waiter in this store is so bad. He said I am not a member even though I have a membership. I also received an email. How can I not be a member? It seems like he is in a hurry to get off work! He secretly folded the clothes I touched behind me. I feel so stressed when I look at the clothes!

The cashier/staff Carol in Yishion Compass One branch is so unhelpful. I purchased $80.60 of clothes. I had a $10 worth of points, and didn’t know I had that. Thus didn’t use it at all. She talks too fast and blamed me for not checking my account. I am a VIP member. Usually in the past when I purchase my items from Bishan J8 branch, the staff there would remind me how many points I have. There was even other mode of payments (ShopBack/atome) she didn’t even remind me of. The information on these modes of payment was not visible at all. When I requested her to cancel my bill and re do she said no way. This is my worst experience with Yishion store. The Bishan J8 branch is so much more efficient and helpful. Terrible experience. And will not step back in this store in Compass One.

For me, it seems quite expensive but the choice of clothing there is quite nice. Would recommend if you want a trendy and casual outfit for a day out! :)
