Google Map tries to link you up with any prominent stores that they have in their database as you walked past them... Young Hearts Lingerie is definitely not a store that I need to shop at for men's underwear!

Super bad customer service at this outlet, 1/1/2024, 7:09 pm went to this store asking the aunty to help in buying which is good and the difference of them. Showing us super bad face and attitude, then pushing the bras to us and very impatient tone asking us just try. So why bother to shop here? What have we done to be a dumping ground of her bad day rubbish? Came in with the intent to purchase a few items and totally put off by this sales attitude. With a few more sales rep like this, the shop can close already.

I would like to do a complain Abt the staff in compass one. I went there on Fri(01/02) She was impatient. Ask her to help mi check my previous order as I want to buy the same one. So blame mi. Say I never ask them key in so close cannot find. I went to century square n bedok mall n they have no problem tracking my orders. I went compass one n was attended by her previously. She told mi she's new dunno how to find. Okay I understand. But yesterday I went she still wasn't trained yet? If she cannot find then just admitted. I will b more understanding instead of blaming mi. I ask her for a new piece. She hesitate very long. Keep er .. er . Then tell mi should b no. Never even bother to find. Then ask mi for payment. I saw her attitude towards others cx. It was very rude.
