Compass One Balloon Artist Shows Every Weekend in September, 1.30PM & 4PM
Compass One is hosting a balloon artist every Saturday and Sunday throughout September as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations. Shoppers can watch colourful balloon creations take shape live at two daily sessions, from 1.30PM to 2.30PM and 4.00PM to 5.00PM, around the mall. Visitors can also bring home their own balloon creation to add extra joy to the weekend.
Intricate Balloon Sculptures for Every Shopper
The balloon artist crafts a variety of designs, from twisted animal figures to detailed multi-colour sculptures. Past creations include a pink and pale blue balloon butterfly with yellow antennae and a blue balloon dog finished with a silver rope twist. Each piece is twisted and shaped on the spot, giving shoppers a front-row view of the craft.
Family-Friendly Fun Around the Mall
The roving sessions take place around the mall, so families can encounter the balloon artist while shopping or dining. Children can request their own balloon keepsakes, with designs ranging from playful animals to toy-inspired creations, making the event a simple weekend outing for families in Sengkang.
Themed Balloon Creations Near the Dining Zone
The balloon fun extends to themed designs as well, including balloon sushi rolls and fish sculptures crafted in bright red, yellow, pink and white. These playful creations have delighted young shoppers near the mall's dining area, where families can pair the activity with a meal.
