The claw machines at this location is rigged and dirty!!! The machines is clearly at payout already seeing the claw close fully back to chute but the dirty arrangement of the Labubu coka cola bag make it such that its impossible to even grip it and bring it back to chute. Some shoppers watched me spent $200 of my innocent money and shared me this machine is totally a scammed and has been in this state for a period of time!

Machine doesn't dispens token. I have paid with $10 cash. No token dispens. When confronted with funclaw via whatapp, they just ignore and brushed us to other mall. Why would I want to go other mall??? When demand for refund they just ignore.. Really bad

Everybody that I saw including myself was very close to get the toy but ur machine rigged it and threw it far, Myself and others saw it also every video I see of people playing ur stupid machine it’s the same exact thing until they spent $100s of dollars then u will give the prize. What is this? A long term investment? Or just a money catcher.
