I would like to compliment khant min htal for his excellent service. He makes an effort to remember his customers and greet them. He is polite and takes pride in his work. He often works alone at night. Whenever there are no customers at the cashier counter, he will quickly arrange goods on the shelves. Keep up the good work! Thanks!

It says it’s open 24 hours but closes at 4AM. Blocks the entrance at 4AM and locks the door. Customers were waiting outside.

I went to the store at around 10.15pm to get my late dinner. I went to a counter with a young chinese female (with hazelnut brown hair, tied up). She asked "Receipt?", told her to repeat once more since I didn't catch it. Not only she shouted, she threw the receipt on the food I bought and looked away 🤡 Rude much? I was as polite as I could be, and even said "Thank you" after the transaction.
What a way to end my day. There are so many bad reviews of customer service for this outlet and there is no action taken LOL.

Worst drop off point service ever at Nex. I was queue for 20 mins for a small parcel drop off. Reach to my turn then I have been told fully drop off for today. Very rude the staffs there

Small 7-Eleven located in Compass One, it has a few amount of snacks and drinks. They do have quite a good amount of options for convenient meals and 2 microwave to cook them but there are no dining areas. One of the best convenient meals I'd recommend would be the long scissors cut curry rice chicken cutlet. It is filling and cheap definitely worth the price.

I was on my way back home. Then I decided to buy some beverages. A young lady cashier who served me was really very rude. Don’t even greet or say thank you. She only shouted. “Plastic! Pay by! Receipt!.. 7-11 should educate their staff/ employees. Well done!

there’s a really rude staff, when i wanted to buy slurpee she had to pass by and she didn’t really make it clear, and she was behind me so obviously i didn’t know. after i noticed, i moved aside to let her do whatever she needed to. however, she just stood by the side and started glaring at me, looking at me up and down. i accidentally filled too much slurpee and i put my hand under the cup so that the slurpee wouldnt fall on the ground. however, she was still standing at the side and glaring at me. honestly its just rude like i didn’t even do anything to her. she was just glaring at me all along. she has like brown hair tied up in a bun, and is slightly chubby.

The worst 7eleven service ever. My mom is a tourist and bought sim card. However they input wrongly the details... then when we go back for them to fix. They said cannot fix. So scam. Money wasted. One Staff not helpful at all even try to find anyhow anything and ask us to return the next day without guarantee to fix. So much damage to us. Our time. Resources. Not just money... i doubt they will even reimburse us cause we cannot find the receipt anymore... usually i say my mom that sg is very convenient, efficient and capable. But here is the ossposite. Wasted time and money. I wont ever come back here.
