Lady with glasses is rude, very little patience yet when she asked customer whether they want chili she asked in a very soft voice. When customers can’t hear she will repeat in the same soft voice with an annoyed expression. Guess the solution to that is talk louder? Honestly don’t mind the wait bc popiah is rlly good but the service and tone is rlly a major turn off after the long wait.

I told the staff that I don't need chopsticks for my takeaway and she replied rudely that she didn't ask me if I need chopsticks. I apologised thinking I might have misheard her. Then she told me sarcastically "让你久等了" (let you wait long). Very negative experience and it definitely leave a bad taste.

Ann Chin Handmade Popiah is a Michelin-starred delight. I’ve eaten here several times and even brought some home on occasion. The taste is truly exceptional and distinct from other stores’ popiah. Now, with the newly renovated Compass One food court offering a better environment, you can enjoy your Michelin-worthy popiah here in comfort.
