The Macdonald that makes young kids cry. Often overcrowded but manager make staff lie through the system to meet kPI. Orders were fulfilled in the system, display as ready for collection, but you can wait another 1-2 hours after that, leaving the whole family hungry and angry. Ask for refund? No. Fast food? What a joke. Please avoid this restaurant if you want a happy meal with family.

Tried the new Chilli Crab Sauce Chicken Burger from McDonald’s Singapore with my family — and we were absolutely speechless after the first bite… but not in a good way. To make matters worse, one of the meals was packed wrongly — we received a Chilli Crab Prawn Burger instead. Sadly, that didn’t help the experience. This SG60 special, a collaboration with Jumbo Seafood, reportedly took 50 tries to perfect. Honestly, if this is the result, even 500 tries wouldn’t make it right. The chilli crab sauce had an artificial, overpowering taste that was so unpleasant, we threw the burgers away after just one bite. We ended up cooking instant noodles instead. We’ve given several of McDonald’s special items a chance — from the Nasi Lemak Burger to the Curry Chicken McNuggets — and each one has been a letdown. From now on, we’re sticking to the classics. wickedly crowded on yesterday, so crowded that personal security will be an issue, wait for 30min and cancel my order without any explanation. Some of the crowds yelling and pushing, yet no staff showed any efforts on maintaining the order of the scenario, some staff very ignorant, like they are doing nothing and serving nothing. Totally rubbish

Order my food here and was served half a pack of cold soggy fries. Extremely stingy with the sauces and you just get pushed around cuz no one wants to give you an answer.

When you are hungry, go to McDonald's at Compass One, Order, Go grab yourself a slice of Pezzo Wait for more than 40 mins. And still not get your meal and can't request for a refund. Sounds like a great business model.😃

Just order a McNugget 9 pcs with TWfries and water upsize through foodpanda…. When I received my items.. the fries only 1/2 pack…. Not totally full…. Yours staffs prepared the foods not even check the order slip always gave wrong order… this time only gave a 1/2 pack fries when I pay for the upsize!!!!

Worst McDonald’s in Singapore. Too crowded and customer service is the worst. I ordered 2 fudge and waited for 50 mins. For around 30 mins my number was showing on the display later it showed serving and they never called my number and it was no longer showing on display. I asked 4 of their staff and they reacted as if I am talking to someone else. My little boy started crying after waiting for his ice cream for 50 mins that I left the shop as I realised that my order is lost and they are no longer going to call my number. This is my last time going to this McDonald’s. Totally disappointed.

bruh.. ordered through online mcdonald’s app takeaway so probably my order can come out faster? nope, waiting 10mins for 1 singular meal, aunty calling out the orders gave my order to someone before me and didnt even check her number, ask me to wait another 12 mins for my new meal, didnt apologise & didnt give me sauce either.

I ordered double mc spicy Not one and a half mc spicy You give one acceptable patty while the other is just smaller than the palm of my hand. What is this Are your employees blind .. can’t it be the same as what it is . Cause the price is already big and growing so isn’t the patty also suppose to be big and growing . Give those small ones to your workers not to customers . Simple tactician Next time Those who bought patties double check .. you have the right to do so and ask for exchange

It’s Saturday morning. McDonald’s is packed. And I know that it is hard to deal with orders. But my question of the day is: What does Now Serving mean? I saw my number pop up on the screen and approached the counter. But the manager guy in the vest told me that it’s not ready yet and they’ll call me when my order is ready. I thought it meant it was right about ready, since the number appeared on the screen. so I stood by the counter. He then told me to wait elsewhere cos my order isn’t ready yet. So does Now Serving suddenly mean something else? Several other customers came up and asked for their orders, only to be deceived by the screen and were turned away. He said they’ll call out our numbers. But this is so needless if the guys just knew how to process the orders. Either fix your screen or fix your people. And the orders are not lined up according to their appearance on the screen either. Someone behind me was called before I did. That’s fine. But why are we both on the Now Serving side if our orders weren’t ready yet. Anyway, I had time to observe how they worked. It’s clear from the way the takeaway bags were placed on the counter that order sequence was not taken into account. People who ordered for lunch got their food before I did. The staff were slow. Doesn’t matter if they’re young or old. And btw. Thanks, CY.

I went at around 3pm and ordered the $2 latte thru McDonald's app deals (with any purchase: Apple pie). Items were served very fast. As it is after lunch hour, most of the people are students hanging at the outlet. Affordable place if you just want to have a drink and a place to sit. Outlet is also keep in clean and tidy environment. Good job to the staff.

Just wanna say thanks to the service crew. Came on a tuesday night and didnt expect a crowd at 930pm. However, the food is being served pretty fast. People should be more appreciative towards mcdonalds' staff. Cheers!
