Book a trial but unfortunately my father was hospitalized so i had to cancel the appointment 3days in advance. Staff was unemphathatic and even replied "ok fine, when can book next appointment?". Like hello?? Not even a "we are sorry to hear your father is unwell. Will it be ok if we get in touch with you again in 2weeks to reschdule the appointment?" Horrible customer service. Trial or free also i wont be going anytime soon. You have just lost 1 potential customer.

Booked a 2-330pm slot on ClassPass. Started my session at 1.55pm and the facial ended at 2.45pm!!!! Total of 45mins was cut short. I chose guasha the whole guasha process was less than 5mins only. 20-30 mins was just staff applying the mask and step out to wait. Technically the whole process of facial using techniques and machine was so so limited. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Happened to pass by and saw their poster advertising a Bojin facial at $28, so I walked in for a trial. The consultant brought me into a room and suggested a collagen facial at $128 instead. However, I rejected it as I was only interested in their Bojin facial, having heard that Bojin can lift up the face.
She then asked her colleague to perform the Bojin facial for me. Unfortunately, her skills were quite lacking. She only washed my face once, and since I had makeup on, my face was not thoroughly clean. During the Bojin, I could feel that it was not authentic (as Bojin is known for specific techniques), but instead, she was using Guasha. After finishing one side of my face, she showed me the mirror, claiming that my face had lifted on that side. I disagreed, but I didn't argue with her since I knew I had only paid $28 and didn't expect much from them.
After completing the treatment, she took me to a room and tried to sell me a course of 5 Bojin facials for $388. I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that I didn't feel it was a genuine Bojin facial. She insisted that it was, but I informed her that what she did was Guasha, an experience I had encountered before, and I knew the difference. Eventually, she admitted that some parts of my face required Guasha. OMG!!!"
