I just stopped by this bubble tea shop and it was such a great experience! The drink was perfectly balanced — not too sweet, and the pearls were super chewy and fresh. The staff were friendly. Definitely coming back to try more flavors!

This ihappwn in Copass one on 2 Aug 2025 ,8pm. This guy in the photo straight went to do the drinks after touching the top of the dust bin cover . And we told so call the supervisor or a more senior staff I think she is she said ok but never even told him to go and wash his hands and just continue doing serving customers. This is so not hygienic.

Visit date: 22 Jan 2025 I hesitate to write this review, but I'm hopeful the company will read the feedback and improve their service standards... This outlet is severely understaffed with only 2 young ladies running the whole show! They have tons of takeaway orders to deal with, so walk-ins are being neglected, sadly :( My order was taken at around 135pm (with 3-4 customers in sight awaiting order collection), only to be fulfilled at 159pm! And that's with me intervening; without which it could have been another 10-15 minutes of waiting! (For the record, they had mindlessly placed me at the back of the queue, assigning me #215!) At the time I ordered, the queue number display was showing like just over 200. I had asked to use an uob coupon to offset my purchase: $4.80 against the $5 voucher (with no minimum spend attached as condition). Somehow, their machine hung and had to be reset twice. I offered to run other errands while they sorted out the issue. When I returned, I was told the order didn't go through because there was overpayment! I explained the uob voucher didn't require a minimum spend and any balance would be forfeited. And that similar purchases had been made without fuss. After some few minutes of phone talk, the other lady finally managed to close the issue and printed my receipt. At the time, it didn't occur to me they had pushed me back to the last walk-in customer position. Upon checking the queue number display -- it wasn't incrementing due to takeaways receiving priority! - which was still showing 208, I then realised that 215 meant much more waiting!! Of course, I wasn't just gonna sit there and waste another 10-20 minutes 🤣 In the end, it took nearly 25 minutes to get my order, instead of possibly just 5-8 minutes if their machine hadn't gone bonkers! Really, CC3K ought to review how they conduct their business. Perhaps they had forgotten that it was walk-in customers who made them successful locally in the first place?! And please, please, don't overwork your staff. Stressed people at work can only lead to unhappiness -- in the end, quality will suffer! And it is already showing!!! P.S. #MHTamChiak has experienced much better service at Waterway Point, Woodleigh Mall, Dhoby Ghaut (hit and miss though), etc.

Ordered Osmanthus oolong w mango no toppings, 0% sugar, less ice. Happen to see the lady making my order with pearls and realise that she made it wrongly. She poured the drink into another cup to remove the pearls and added more ice to fill up my drink… make my purchase on 18-Oct-24 6.20pm… I clearly stated less ice! Will not visit this outlet again!

I really love their 鳳眉红茶 and 冻顶乌龙. I would prefer to drink hot with honey which I can really taste the real taste of the 茶香。。。Staffs are really friendly every time I purchase which I think maybe they can recognize me as I'm there almost everyday beside my off days.... Hahaha 🤣🤣 …

Great milk tea as usual. They even have 2 small long chairs for seating. Only minus point is they no longer have 25% sugar (only 0,50,100).

I placed my order on 20 April 2025 at 8:40 PM. When my drink was ready, I approached the counter to collect it. The staff’s attitude was extremely rude — she pushed the drink toward us without saying a single word. There were many drinks on the table, and the way she shoved it caused the drink to slide a distance, which could have easily resulted in a spill. After that, she just turned away. Is this how CHICHA San Chen trains their staff to treat paying customers? I’ve only ever encountered such poor service at the Compass One Mall outlet. It’s disappointing to pay for a drink and end up getting someone else’s attitude as part of the experience.

Went there today and a lady staff called 佳音 at order counter and her way of speaking is full of temper. Somemore the way she speaks not clearly and the way she speak to us was impatient. Hope the owner can see and change the attitude of staff. We come here to spend money and buy drink and not see your staff bad face!
