I like Cocane sugarcane ginger and the quality of the drink but on 28th March around 2045hrs, I was about to order the drink at Compass one outlet and there was just a customer infront of me. The customer had problem and doubt ordering online. She try to ask the staff standing infront of the cashier counter for help but this girl so engrossed in playing with the handphone and simply point at the online ordering board without listening to what she said. The customer infront of me just walked off without ordering. I then moved forward requesting that I want to order the sugarcane ginger as I cannot see in the online ordering. But again this staff ( short little girl) still playing with the handphone again point at the ordering board showing her care less or don't be bother attitude. I too cannot hold my frustration for the service and I also walked off without ordering. Cococane is the drink I like and compass one is the nearest outlet from my house but the service here is damn poor. I will try to order from other outlet when I come by. Hope the cococane management can educate their staff to provide a better and more friendly service at Compass one.
