Ordered coconut shake 0% sugar. Didnt get full cup, almost 1/4 gone. Ask the staff why its not full, staff said because 0 sugar. Gone to many other bubble tea shops and this is first time getting non full drink because no sugar.

Stall open at 10am. Make my order at 10.14am. staff say cannot fulfill my order becos they dun have the coconut meat ready as they only start cutting now. I say I can come back later. The big size lady keep insisting not so fast ready at least an hour even I say I come back later. One cup of coconut need one hr to fulfill? Seems like not wanting my business so I ask for a refund. Never seen any retailers so happy to approve refund so fast🙄

Staffs are so unfriendly. Paying $5 for a drink that is half cup of ice and were told that is the standard. Delivery orders were done first despite no drivers were there. Walk in have to wait. Went twice but was told complimentary duck figurine given all out. N yet the delivery orders at the table gets the duck first. Not sure why is this the standard. Disappointed even though I'm a frequent buyer there.

I like Cocane sugarcane ginger and the quality of the drink but on 28th March around 2045hrs, I was about to order the drink at Compass one outlet and there was just a customer infront of me. The customer had problem and doubt ordering online. She try to ask the staff standing infront of the cashier counter for help but this girl so engrossed in playing with the handphone and simply point at the online ordering board without listening to what she said. The customer infront of me just walked off without ordering. I then moved forward requesting that I want to order the sugarcane ginger as I cannot see in the online ordering. But again this staff ( short little girl) still playing with the handphone again point at the ordering board showing her care less or don't be bother attitude. I too cannot hold my frustration for the service and I also walked off without ordering. Cococane is the drink I like and compass one is the nearest outlet from my house but the service here is damn poor. I will try to order from other outlet when I come by. Hope the cococane management can educate their staff to provide a better and more friendly service at Compass one.

Can I give 0 star. Worst service and rude staffs. Despite asking without ice and paying additional money $1.5, these people gave me something from fridge (the rude staff said it is coconut water from fridge) + juices that were stored and it is not fresh by the way. And the staffs are rude. I am seeing others’ review now, now I am thinking I should have read review before going there. Won’t recommend anyone to go there

Their menus stated 100% pure sugar cane! But I saw the staff pour water and full cup of ice then 1/4 of sugar cane juice in it! This is so called 100% pure juice?! I will never ever buy again!!!😱 Go Kovan food market you will know what is sugar cane juice! …

Dishonest staff. Pay for fresh coconut juice without ice. Caught the staff gathered prepared iced coconut juice, then scope up the ice and serve the drink. When questioned her, just ignore you.

Friendly staff and fresh juice served here. The Tangy Sugarcane is definitely a must-try! To those who are wondering what it is, it's actually a mixture of tangerine juice with pulp and sugar cane juice. Love it!

Just dropped by compass one's cococane! Just wanted to thank the cashier for being helpful! I had ordered lemon ginger sugarcane from the self ordering screen. However they had run out of ginger.
