Best old school waffle I have eaten so far. The waffle is crispy on the outside and burst a lot of coconut shreds with every bite. It tasted so good especially with the pandan and coconut fragrance combined with a choice of 8 to 10 fillings such as my favourite peanut butter. The staff here is very friendly and polite.

I give one star as the young lady staff has zero customer service. It was near noon and I was at the counter with another lady, waited patiently for more than 5 minutes while the staff was on her ear bud, minding her own business at the back of the kitchen.
Even when she came to the front, she continued to turn her back on us, pretending not to see us. I had to wave and speaked up before she noticed me. In her poker face, she simply said " not open yet ". I would appreciate if she could inform the customers earlier, " I didn't see you " was her response. Not a word of apology.

First time checking this stall out so I was not familiar with the promotions they had. After purchasing a single drink, I noticed that the TV screen was flashing a 1-1 offer. The drink I ordered and the timing in which I visited was eligible for the 1-1 offer. I checked with the staff to confirm this. I asked why she did not tell me about this earlier, she did not reply but gestured to some promotion signs on the counter (none of which however indicated a 1-1 offer). She did eventually make a 2nd drink for me.
We were both friendly with each other. I would not mind paying the full price for a drink, and I am happy I got my 2nd drink after clarifying. However, I feel this is either borderline dishonest or that the staff really don't care at all if there is a promotion going on since the staff did not inform the customer of an on going promotion for the item the customer is purchasing during the purchase.
Drinks did not taste fresh too. Pity this is the first time I have heard of this shop and the last time I will visit.

I’m a regular for their chocolate waffle but i wish the owners would just hire one more staff. There is only one staff which leads to long waiting time but can you blame them when they have to juggle between blending a drink or making a waffle or taking orders or receiving payments? It is remarkable that they dont look stress, even i feel the stress from watching them.
Hope the bosses have a heart and hire more.
Meanwhile the gongcha next door is ever so abundantly staffed.

Love their strawberry coconut shake, always my go to! New waffles are crispy and fragrant as well. Can see coconut bits in the waffle although can't really taste it since the pandan fragrant is very strong, maybe also because I chose peanut butter flavour. But still nice to chew and eat!

what a disappointment. used to be my go-to for avocado coconut shakes but now it just tastes horrible, the last few purchases (late 2023 to now) tasted like blended ice with few drops of coconut flavoring, couldn't even taste the avocado.
and the last delivery of lemon and original shakes tasted so bad we couldn't stomach it, literal blended ice with weird old-tasting lemon zest🤮 threw them out!

The coconut milk shake was incredibly rich, creamy, and full of natural sweetness. It had a smooth texture that made it a refreshing and indulgent treat. It's the perfect tropical escape in a cup!

Honest Review of Coconut Shake:
It is different from Mr Coconut due to more sediments/residue of coconut bits in the shake. Slightly cheaper when buying from Foodpanda Selfpickup. The shake also had a small note written by the staff, "Stay Safe❤" Really made my day better :)

Visited the outlet on a Thursday afternoon. Very nice lady manning the stall alone, please get her more help! Waffles are good I love it

Horrible way to treat your staff. Only one person working and handling everything. Horrible management . Don’t recommend to come this outlet.
