Male above height Chinese doing delivery order . Waited for half an hour for delivery order and yet you were halted by Chinese Lady. Long time Nvr talk must talk and never think of others ah .?? Even your colleague ask me Still not done yet.. It was a complaint by a customer yet you can bother to think “ pls wait I’ll get back to you let me pass this delivery order to my colleague so that the rider won’t wait long .” This should be the way think twice and yet people don’t , they just give one answer instead of another solution . Kudos to the colleague who asked me which order was it … if not my order would have been in your hands for more than half an hour when it could be done in just 10 minutes . This is a complaint to you yeah not a feedback . You know who you are , and yet you didn’t even apologise for the long wait .

Today bought 2 boxes of durian msw from inside cold storage compass one Durian is sour and very wet type . Wonder why cold storage can allowed such poor standard of durian to be sold inside supermarket

Be careful when buying bread where the wooden shelves are. Spotted several live & dead cockroaches, also cockroach droppings. Have reported this today.

Cashier Lily was wonderful. She speaks well and was so helpful with all the customers. Give her a pay rise! Otherwise prices of fresh fruit and vegetables have increased significantly, 20-50% in the past few months.

Mohd Syazmi/ Syahmi and Karen (store manager) were very helpful and accommodating in assisting with my order hiccup, despite the hectic crowd. This shows that they are able to manage unforeseen circumstances, while keeping their calm & friendly composure. Mohd Syazmi/ Syahmi deserves to be a manager as well :) I think the interpersonal skills he has is important in customer facing roles. Date & time of visit: 30/7/2025, 8.45pm

Cold storage is located at the lowest floor of compass one. Another thing is that it's always crowded at peak hours but they still haven't done anything to assist customers in checking out faster. There are only 2 counters so there's always a snaking queue between aisles. They had some decorations for Halloween that are pretty scary but it's limited to just one side of the store. Some Halloween products they had include face paint, hand props, wizard hats, masquerade masks, dagger props and fake blood. The vegetables section has a large selection of produce that look fairly fresh. There are quite a bit of herbs and spices that are arranged in an orderly manner. The products are a bit pricey but they are off a reasonably good quality and is to be expected. They have a few biodegradable products and go green packaging. Do i like this place ? Yes. Will i return ? Depends, i really dislike the queue to check out. They have fantastic products, if only they could enhance the customer purchase experience.

Went to buy steak. It was quite expensive though. Wasn't expecting it would cost me 50 bucks for 2 pieces of ribs eye steak. They were quite big though 1 piece was more than enough for one people. Queue wasn't that long. It was quite manageable. The rest of the items are quite the same as any other shops. Grapes were new 'green' package.

I like to buy fruits at Cold Storage. Just bought these Scottish strawberries. The pineapples are Taiwan Golden variety (Dole). These fruits were sweet and delicious. This outlet at Compass One is bright and clean. It carries a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.

This supermarket has grown up and glowed up with me through my childhood all the way to now - love the recent reno and current display, really elevating the everyday retail experience at the supermarket. From the variety of baked goods to their meats and Japanese readily available, to global fare well stocked (except for gochugaru I was in search for, as Koryo mart staff was having lunch). They also have a wide variety of flowers that goes beyond that of typical supermarkets.

A premium Supermarket in Singapore. They are selling some products/brands that are not commonly found in other Supermarket chain. There is a wide range of products to choose from. Fresh Produces range are also good as well. You can find Japanese and Organic fresh produce here as well. Their service are the better one compare to the rest. Pricing are on the higher side. Crowds are crazy during evening and the weekends. Suggest to come in the morning.

Perfect place to buy all your groceries. There are chocolates and nuts which you can buy by weight. Some of the available products here are unique. Today they also had a stall for Kin Ho Mame - trial is available. Very delicious and nutritious options are available. Huge selection of vegetables and fruits. Also imported fruits are available.

Cold Storage at Compass One has recently completed it renovation. I was there to buy beef. The place now look more open and spacious. One can easily check out and navigate to the place to get the grocery.

Good variety. Staff are mostly helpful. Renovated and very spacious now. Kids trolley available near cashier counter if you want to involve your kids in the shopping. Update as at 4/4/25 - cold storage closed at 2130
