Hair stylist Ding Siew Hong was very unfriendly and did not even want to verbally communicate when I told her about how I wanted my son's hairstyle to be cut. She would only nod her head and opened eyes wide towards me to communicate. She used to be such a friendly and service oriented person in the past... what a pity... would be better if they are able to have app like KCUTS to purchase the ticket online instead of payment by using cash only as not everyone carries cash around nowadays. :) Anyways lucky i didnt had cash with me as well and no one was willing to help and after reading all the 1 star review i’m glad that my son didnt cut his hair here.

Usually a decent experience with the long hair lady and the man. However, lady with short hair didn't do a good haircut for my son. It was horrible when requested for a high slope and a line. If she doesn't know how to do, it is alright to say so, but to experiment and make a bald patch on my son and making the line uneven was just uncalled for. I had to bring him to another salon to get his hair fixed. I feel so bad for my kid.

I always bring my kids here for haircut. First is because of the tall Chinese guy always a superb and excellent service. He always calm when cutting my son’s hair even though my son keeps crying he always have the patience and never give me a frown face. Unlike the Chinese lady name Ding siew hong (I hope I got her name correct) who have a very bad attitude, she gave us the unhappy look just because my son is crying during the hair cut, and also since I used the tissue for my son who cries I threw it to the rubbish bin in the shop and she scolded me not to throw there and must throw outside? What an attitude she got. She must train with customer service as she is dealing with customers. She’s damaging the good reputation of the salon because of her bad attitude.

I took my 2-year-old to this salon after a tough experience elsewhere where he cried the entire time. This time was completely different, he was calm and curious, watching everything the stylist, Tom Yuan, did. Tom gave him the exact haircut we showed him, with such patience and care. Brought my toddlers there for their first official hair cut in the salon and it was a great experience. Love that they have those kiddy chairs for kids, and the Chinese PRC male stylist (pity there was no name tag and I didn't manage to get his name) that cut my toddlers' hair was both patient and efficient (despite the constant turning from my curious toddlers). He also tried his best to even out the uneven home cut fringe on one of my toddler. Both my toddlers came out looking really swanky and so cute! Hairstyle wise, it isn't 100% per the hairstyle picture I showed the stylist, but it is similar, for $14, pretty decent. Would definitely return again!

Relatively clean environment with kiddy rides. Stylists are usually professional and are well-versed in handling infants and toddlers for haircuts, being extremely patient and knowing when to go in for the snip. Quick shout-out to Jason Deng for being meticulous with our daughter's haircut, listening to parent's feedback and providing reasonable suggestions to boot. Thanks!

In this covid situation, EC house strictly following basic safety measures like safe distancing, safe entry, sanitising hands.
Here one best job is EC house employees sanitising all the used scissors, combs, trimmers etc with sanitizer machines.
Their staff are extreme friendly and cooperative. They attempt each and every customer patiently. And they take extra time and care for kids.
I sincerely appreciate EC management and employees efforts and their care.

Brought my 11mth old baby for his first haircut today. The male stylist (didn’t get his name but this is what he looks like) was extremely patient and skilled in providing an even and stylish cut despite my baby constantly moving and crying. Really commend him for his skills and effort and would return here again for him.
