From the moment the session began, Jovin was incredibly patient, reassuring, and polite. She took the time to explain each step of the facial process, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and addressed my concerns with genuine care and professionalism. Her calm and soothing demeanor instantly put me at ease, making the entire experience feel relaxing and rejuvenating. I had facial today at 15 dec 2024. The facial was splendid. Service is perfect and extraction was meticulous. There is no hard selling and I like it alot. All the staff are very polite too. I like the analysis machine . So cool!

Came here on a weekday afternoon and was greeted by the lovely staff. The whole facial process was comfortable and results were superb. Extractions were thorough and the massage was sooo comfy. Highly recommend to give the facial a try :)

Bought the Meridian Detox Body Treatment voucher and redeemed it at the Compass One (CO) outlet. My therapist, Meo Ling, put me at ease with her friendly nature and fantastic massage skills. I'll definitely be back to look for her for future treatments!:) Do give her services a try if u are heading to CO outlet!

Saw some not so great reviews for the compass outlet and thought to chip in here. I have had pretty positive experiences here, Joy has been attentive to my needs, has been gentle in extractions. Furthermore she is skilled at face and shoulder message with adequate pressure which was good. Other than the mid package and nearing end of package selling, manager Jenny (I think) has not been too pushy given sales is part of the job after all. Folks are friendly and thoughtful generally, and I believe their processes have improved from the past reviews since. Thanks for the great service!

Compass One outlet provides absolutely wonderful experience and service . I have been patronised this outlet for many years. The staff are very friendly and professional. I went to estetica beauty in compassone today. I opted for their promotional service customised facial which includes consultation. But the lady in the reception said consultation room is busy so we will start your facial. I said I can wait as long as it takes or I can come back but she said by the look of my face she understands my concerns. May be she is a professional but I would like a consultation. Since it was my first she was not even ready to listen to my concerns. I have sensitive skin what if the products they use irritates my skin. A consultation would have helped
Other than that the other lady who did my facial was kind, she did a really good job
