Hi, I have a very great experience with TCM practitioner Dr Dong Jing Jing, she had helped my son with his issue and I’m very grateful to her. She is a very helpful, empathetic, positive doctor to me and my son. We have tried many other alternative treatment but Dr Dong Jing Jing is the one whom I highly recommend if you have young kids with any issues, you can find her, for the first time it may not work cos trying out nee type of medication, but I have success in my second visit with her, it works patiently if we are able to describe our symptoms to the doctor and the doctor can prescribe the right medication. My son gladly drink his Chinese TCM medication now. The only thing is it is quite costly for per packet of med other than that consultation is cheaper than western doctors. Thank you Dr Dong. You deserve a good review. The staffs at the counter were also quite friendly.

Have been a frequent customer to EYS TCM @ Compass One.
My LO always get into cough and flu and always get sick.
But everytime after seeing 董医师, my LO always get recovered within 2 days.
And she will also ensure that the TCM powder is not too bitter for LO. Hence LO can take it without complaining.
I always come back to see her whenever there is bad cough.

Senior physician Wong YQ has been most excellent. My whole family and I will come for consult whenever we don’t feel well and her prescription has always been spot on, we recover really quickly. Highly recommended.

I frequent this place since I was recommended by an ex-colleague to a TCM Practitioner, Wong Yueh Chin in year 2016. All the staffs are friendly and welcoming! Everytime I went there it is like back home and feel so assured. Dr Wong is always so assuring and kind. She doesn't force us to take long days of medication and will remind us of what to avoid even though we visit her so frequent. I also visited her during my post pregnancy. A highly commendable TCM and team! Well done for the heart ❤️ work! 🤗🙏

I saw Physician Dylan Soo for my neck, stomach and general maintenance. He is very caring and explains in details of my root cause. His tuina and acupuncture was on point and it was such a relief. Acupuncture wasnt scary as what i thought. Will continue seeing him.
Lastly, would like to praise the clinic assistant for being friendly and kind towards my kids when I have to bring them with me for my appointment.

I had reserved an appointment at this clinic via ClassPass, but upon arrival, I was told by two receptionists (rather unprofessionally) that only senior doctors were available today and they do not see ClassPass patients. So… does that mean only junior doctors handle ClassPass bookings?
This felt very misleading and disorganized. If ClassPass patients aren’t accepted on certain days, then why is the slot even available for booking through the app in the first place?
When I asked for help, I was simply told to “check with your application” or “try booking again on Sunday.” That’s it. No clear solution, no sense of responsibility.
So if I rebook and the same thing happens again, do I just keep wasting my time?
Very poor coordination and customer service. Not recommended.
