I consulted Dr Wong on a strained wrist and have to say the doctor and clinic is not at all experienced in treating sprains or joint pain. The acupuncture here is completely ineffective which makes me wonder what the doctor is doing. Wrist is still just as painful as before. Doctor did not touch my wrist to access the pain area which is so strange. She also asks irrelevant questions. They don’t offer massage for sprains either. The bill is almost $200 which is ridiculous. How will powder medicine help? Suggest not visiting here if you have sprains or tears.

My family has been seeing Dr Dong Jingjing for some time and are grateful to her for bringing us, especially my elderly mum back to pink health and active again. She is very experienced, friendly, assuring and attentive and can treat complex health conditions well. Although the medicine cost is on slightly higher side, I think is well spent and she always prescribe only essential medicine and make sure we are comfortable with it. She appears in TV health show and gives lecture too.
Kudos to the counter staff team who are friendly and professional.
