Excellent service. Impressed by the friendliness and help of the sales staff. With online business being a threat to retail business, having the human touch is where retail shops can make shopping more than a mere transactional event.

Just bought my heels from this store and I had a very pleasant experience. The lady (I forgot to ask her name) was so attentive and friendly when attending to me. She also was great at recommending other heels for me to wear and giving me honest but kind opinions. Overall, I’d love to shop there again when I want to get me a pair of comfy but stylish shoes/ heels!
