Super responsive and always handle everything with care. I really appreciate that they take time to pack each item neatly and offer genuine advice—letting me know which items are better off washed and which require dry cleaning. Helped me save money without compromising on quality. Excellent service!

just sent in 5 winter jackets from my family trip. the staff warned me that some leather and rubber may peel and have colour run. however, when I received it, everything came back in good condition! will definitely be back again, thank you for taking such great care :))

I strongly advise against using this establishment for dry cleaning, particularly for delicate items such as puffer jackets. My experience resulted in significant damage to a brand-new garment; although initially appearing undamaged, upon closer inspection, it was clear the filling was unevenly distributed, with some areas completely flat and others excessively puffy, indicating a machine wash rather than the dry cleaning service paid for. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of professionalism and honesty.

Ms Estel was most patient and kind in serving me as at the point of collection I could not produce my receipt. Reason is I had lost my wallet on 6 Mar 25 and the receipt was in it. Ms. Estel was so kind and patient to work with me to find my laundry item's and safely hand them over to me. came here to wash curtains. Once for express service & another for normal service - both has been a pleasant experience, staff is always polite and friendly! :) Because some of the curtains have lace attached, as part of their due diligence the staff usually advises my family that normal wash is not recommended due to its fragile material… but for the past few years it always comes back clean and not damaged 😄 appreciate it lots!
