I would give a 0 star if I could. The prices are beyond overpriced with two puffer jackets costing $70, and even with this price, my North Face puffer jacket came back damaged, the cuffs had holes with the insulation material spilling out, the words printed on my NF jacket were scrapped off and now it’s completely deflated

Thorough check on the clothings by the staff before confirming to proceed with the cleaning services. Overall, reliable and able to receive the laundry as per indicated date.

1st time bringing cloth for dry cleaning and so unfortunate to visited this shop. A short winter jacket was charge $49. Didn't know the market rate so go for it. Few days later ask my friend is this price for dry clean jacket standard to be so high. He told me I was scammed. Usually ard $20. Check with other dry cleaning shop and indeed is only $15 to $20. This is a black shop that charge exorbitant prices. At Sengkang Grand basement got 1 shop only quoted me $15. Will bring there next time. Urge all not to go all their outlets of FabricPro.

Friendly customer service and high professional standards. Only my second time here due to the slightly higher prices but definitely my first choice especially for luxury items. They’ve gained my trust when they did an amazing job with my cherished LV jacket previously. Very happy!

Great service. Contacted me to inform me that my clothing was damaged when I sent in. I asked not to clean and they agreed and refunded me. Great honest business.
