I was served by Coco when I went to Compass One Goldheart to browse the Si Dian Jin (四点金) collection. She was professional and served with a smile, it was a bonus that she had a humorous personality. Coco offered plenty of options and was polite even though she had to use the step stool to retrieve the items on the higher shelves a few times. She was understanding even when I shared that I would like to visit other stores before deciding. I made the ultimate choice to continue with Goldheart for my Si Dian Jin because I felt that it has the best styles and most modern designs amongst the other jewellers at Compass One. I appreciated that Coco did not hard-sell and was not pushy with her sales. One thing to note is that the shop space is quite limited and it can get quite tight, there was another family at the time when I was there and it was already quite cramped. However, Coco guided me to clearer spaces and we each had our own areas to browse. Thank you, Goldheart, for helping me with this decision for my wedding and making purchase such a breeze!

Bought our Wedding Bands on 8 June and a pair of earrings for my fiancée for our wedding day. Ani attended to us, showing us the different types of wedding bands he was very gentle and welcoming to us. Felt like someone close recommending us rather than a salesperson pushing for sales.
Coco was proficient in her knowledge of the earrings and diamonds, and recommended the suitable earrings to my fiancée without pushing out the expensive earrings.

Randomly walked past today and was served by Jason Pek & Lock Jian Yian. They were friendly, welcoming, honest and not pushy at all. Hence took a second look at the available pieces and surprising found something I like 👍🏻
