Thanks Bee Hong for helping us chase for the kids bento! Waited more than 30min! It is always the last to come, even tho that’s the first item we sent to kitchen base on past experience. Dunno why other family who came in 20min after us received their kids meal together with ours…

Thank you Polly for your attentiveness to this customer's needs. It's not my first time visiting but I always look forward to coming back not only because of the lovely and welcoming staff but also because the food quality never fails to tickle my taste buds! I'm here today at 430pm to try out their lunch special (11am-5pm). I usually visit 8-9pm after work where the waiting time is longer due to the increase in crowds. Thank you for the kind hospitality. If you need water just ask for a cup and the ginger condiments although FOC but you still need to order through their app.

Used to come here often when my son has lesson in Compass One. So often that this aunty Su Bueh recognised us n always give us a warm n big welcome. She is a very nice lady, good service, friendly n helpful. My son likes her so much always come will ask n look for her. We felt so warm n home like when she is around. He say she is like ah ma. Food is good n reasonable price.

Friendly server Su Bueh and nice food. Recommend to come if your kids like ice cream puff and small portion of Japanese dishes. After note: Back to visit again with friendly Su Bueh helping with our orders. Good to be back and happy finishing all the delicious food.

I've always had good experiences at this outlet—food is great, and the prices are reasonable. However, today was an exception. Several customers, including myself, were left waiting for our food, which appeared to have been forgotten until staff had to page the kitchen. We were in the restaurant for nearly an hour, and I noticed at least two tables requesting their tamago sushi to be served. There also seems to be ongoing confusion around the "Pay It Forward" concept. Many customers don’t understand how it works, and staff are repeatedly put in the position of having to explain it. I truly feel for them—they’re doing their best under challenging circumstances. Perhaps clearer signage or a brief explanation on the menu could help reduce the burden on staff and improve the overall customer experience.

20250615 today is Singapore Father’s Day. Introduces a new season dishes. The taste of the food was nice. Must try before is gone. 20250111, new season dishes is out. Try it before it’s gone again. On 20FEB24, have tried some of the seasonal dish. Really awesome if you like cheesy food. Limited time only. Have revisit again in 16/09/2023. This time round a few more specials Revisit on 1811/2023. Is Chessy Carnival now. Have tried some of the specials.
