I was at Hock Hua Compass One on 25th May 24 at about 230pm. A male staff in uniform was standing near the small cashier counter where sales of liang teh is. When I told him I want to get two bottles of the Si Shen,.he simply looked at me and said that I got to take down the products by myself. In fact this wasn't my first tine patronising this shop. Previously when the staff saw me hand carried lot of your products, they will bring me a basket. But this male staff expected me to self service instead. Bad experience. Should I still patronise your shop again??

My favorite chinese herbal medical store at Sk. where i usually get my herbs to brew my herbal soup. I must agree that some staff are really rude and clueless about herbal products at other Hock Hua outlets. But not at this store. In particular, I trusted the store Manager, Mr Derrick. I find that he understands the herbal products well and he is professional enough in providing the best herbal product advices to you.
